In Motion Weighing
This solution includes a complete hardware, firmware, and software stack designed for an industrial embedded system. The hardware consists of four PCBs within a single product, including a six-layer main board built around an LPC1788 Cortex-M3 controller. It supports a wide range of peripherals such as external RAM and flash, EEPROM, a 24-bit LCD, Ethernet, USB, RS485, RS232, and multiple analog inputs and outputs, along with isolated encoder interfaces and brownout protection. The firmware is developed using a bootloader, RTOS, and emWin GUI, with support for TCP/IP, Modbus (RTU and TCP), device control, logging, PID control, and printer output. The software side includes application development using Visual Studio and ASP.NET, cloud data storage on Microsoft Azure, graphical dashboards, an Android app with Modbus TCP support, and complete UI and database development for end-to-end system operation.
Home Automation
This solution covers a strong firmware and software foundation for connected IoT systems. The firmware is designed to support standard IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, Bluetooth (BLE), Wi-Fi, and secure encryption using TLS. It includes features like OTA firmware updates, time synchronization, email and file transfer services, and RTOS-based communication handling, with reliable time sync over power lines and redundancy management. On the software side, the system includes in-house mobile app development for Android and iOS, web and backend development using modern programming languages and frameworks, cloud integration with Azure, server and data management for IoT platforms, analytics development, and strong security practices covering data privacy and encryption to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Scales Weight Indicator
This solution features a compact and reliable embedded hardware and firmware design built for accurate and smooth operation. The hardware is based on ARM Cortex-M4 and M7 microcontrollers with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, precision load cell ADCs for accurate measurement, and capacitive touch keypads for easy user interaction. Important operational data, such as tally rolls, is securely stored in internal memory. The firmware runs on a real-time operating system and uses an in-house developed embedded framework, providing stable performance, easy maintenance, and clear, user-friendly menu navigation for a seamless user experience.
Medical Cart
This product is designed as a robust, battery-powered embedded system optimized for reliable everyday use. The hardware supports flexible configurations with multiple drawer options, features a sturdy and breakproof mechanical design, and includes built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The firmware runs on ARM Cortex-M4 devices using the latest ESP-IDF framework and an RTOS for stable performance. It also includes a rich graphical user interface with a calibrated touch screen, providing smooth and intuitive interaction for users.
Battery Charger
This solution is designed as a safe and flexible battery charging system with built-in protection and customization options. It includes safeguards such as overcurrent, short-circuit, and reverse polarity protection to ensure reliable operation. The system supports both flooded and VRLA batteries and allows selection for multiple 12V DC batteries. Clear LED indicators show charging status from start-up to full charge, and it also supports charging of deeply discharged batteries. The design can be configured with multiple charging channels, such as two or four, and can be customized further in multiples of two channels to meet different application needs.
